The company holds long-standing memberships in ASCC, ACI, and is a member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. Certifications include flatwork finisher, tilt-up construction, post tension slab construction, marine preparation and inspection and more. McCarthy Concrete routinely sends leadership and core team members to participate in specialized industry instruction/certification programs. We ensure that our team members stay at the forefront of industry best practices and innovation.

Our in-house training manager delivers personalized resources, training and tools tailored to the needs of our staff, supplemented by on-site training sessions and tool training videos. At McCarthy Concrete, the safety and well-being of our team are non-negotiable. We operate with an unwavering commitment to ensuring a stable and healthy work environment for every member of our workforce. From the moment of recruitment, we set the bar high by not only requiring industry-standard certifications, but also adherence to our own comprehensive new hire training safety program, laying the foundation for a robust safety culture. The Company adheres to all OSHA regulations and incorporates OSHA safety guidelines in all phases of our safety program.
We believe in proactive training measures. That’s why we provide our employees with comprehensive safety training to identify and mitigate risks in the workplace and on the job site. Led by our in-house certified training manager, our training programs cover everything from operator certification and equipment/tool use instruction to task-specific hazard mitigation. Thus ensuring that our team is well-prepared to navigate any challenges they encounter.
