87 Union - New Haven, CT

Scope of Work

The 87 Union street project, New Haven, CT was a 90,000 square foot Podium style construction with a complex suspended slab design, integral swimming pool with multiple concrete ramps, stairs and other outdoor architectural features. The project presented multiple challenges including a net zero real estate site which had the crews build the last phase of work from previously constructed space. The projects tight schedule and phasing plan worked through the winter and summer months and presented some of New England’s toughest challenges for concrete protection.
